Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Same Broker, a broker CRM and property management application provided by Rotara Labs ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Same Broker is intended for use by licensed and practicing real estate agents, brokers, realtors, leasing agents, and property managers, or businesses employing them. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at help@samebroker.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Free Trial

Same Broker offers a Starter plan and a Pro plan, each billed monthly. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the selected plan. No payment method is required to start a trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Exact pricing is shown inside the app before purchase.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — contact help@samebroker.com with your payment reference.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Same Broker to store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading property listings or client information, and not to attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the app.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the property listings, client records, and other business data you enter into Same Broker. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that data solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Same Broker app, its design, and underlying software are the property of Rotara Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Same Broker is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business workflow.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotara Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Same Broker, including loss of business, deals, or data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and close your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Same Broker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
