How quickly do you respond?

I cannot log in — what should I do?

Email help@samebroker.com with your registered mobile number. The team will verify and restore access within a few hours.

Payment went through but plan did not activate.

Email help@samebroker.com with your Razorpay payment reference. The team will manually verify and activate your plan.

Can I request a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on usage. Email help@samebroker.com and the team will review your case directly.
